Good morning and good week! Even if the weather was not so good this summer, we must say that most of our couples were very lucky with the weather ( even if in Italy we say wet bride lucky girl!) and they enjoied sunny wedding days! As this couple , who spent a short holiday with the family and closer friends on lake como and got married outdoor on the lake shore .
The bride arrived at the villa on a special boat, the “Lucia” a typical rowing boat famous in the well known romance written by Alessandro Manzoni “The Betrothed”, the ceremony was arranged on the terrace of the villa direct on the water lake , followed by a welcome cocktail and an outdoor dinner under the old trees of the villa, with amazing view on the lake panorama. Buongiorno e buona settimana! Anche se il meteo di quest’estate pazza non è stato molto bello, dobbiamo dire che la maggior parte delle nostre coppie sono state molto fortunate con il tempo (anche se in Italia si dice sposa bagnata, sposa fortunata!) e hanno avuto delle belle giornate di sole! Come questa coppia, che ha trascorso una breve vacanza con la famiglia e gli amici più stretti sul lago di Como e si è sposata all’aperto sulla riva del lago .
La sposa è arrivata alla villa su una barca speciale, la “Lucia”, una tipica barca a remi famosa nel romanzo scritto da Alessandro Manzoni “I Promessi Sposi”, la cerimonia è stata organizzata sulla terrazza della villa direttamente sull’acqua, seguita da un cocktail di benvenuto e una cena all’aperto sotto gli alberi secolari della villa, con splendida vista sul panorama del lago.
